I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was overcrowded during my visit, making it hard to enjoy the amenities. The noise from parties next door kept me awake at night, and I felt the atmosphere was chaotic rather than relaxing.

Service at the rooftop needs to focus more on hotel guests, not just day passers!!! Staff could use further training to better handle room changes during events like hurricanes!!!

It was just a great match for a whistle-stop in Playa del Carmen with good value for cost. The staff arranged a timely taxi for my unexpected early checkout, which was helpful. Just be prepared for possible upselling during your stay.

Great Location, Disappointing Dining Experience

We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Junior Suite. The ocean view from the rooftop bar was stunning, but service was painfully slow. Food took forever, and servers seemed uninterested. Avoid peak dining times to manage expectations. The ambiance is lovely, but the dining needs major improvements.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to the vibrant 5th street. Our room had a beautiful view, and the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight with its fun atmosphere and views. We truly enjoyed the variety of food options available, especially the delicious tacos at the Mexican restaurant. Overall, it was a lively stay that kept us entertained throughout our visit.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay! The Mexican and Asian restaurants were top-notch, especially the flavorful dishes. The pool deck was perfect for lounging, great value overall.

The rooftop view is amazing, and the pool area is super fun with plenty of lounge chairs! We loved the delicious tacos at the Mexican restaurant too.

We had an awesome time on our group vacation! We enjoyed competing in a fun masked night and the colorful evening activities. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. It's great that we had access to two more locations for extra fun! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lively getaway.

The only downside was the noise from the bars across the street, which made it tough to sleep without earplugs.

The rooftop service left much to be desired, as staff often favored day pass guests over hotel guests, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, issues arose with housekeeping, including broken property that was not addressed adequately, and amenities like remote controls not functioning properly, which can be frustrating during your stay. Also, consistently poor food quality at the restaurants was a disappointment, given previous experiences.
